Is delivery really free?+
Yes. Delivery is free on every order to UK addresses. We do not currently ship outside the UK.
Can I return something?+
Yes. Unpersonalised items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Personalised items cannot be cancelled or returned once ordered, unless they arrive faulty or not as described.
Is the fur capsule made of glass?+
No. It is clear plastic or resin that looks like glass, so it is light and will not shatter.
How much can the memorial pendants hold?+
A very small amount: roughly a pinch of ashes or a little fur. Add a drop of jewellery glue to the screw thread if you want it sealed for everyday wear.
How does the engraved ID tag work?+
Type up to three short lines on the product page, such as your pet's name and your phone number. Please double-check the spelling, as each tag is engraved just for you.
What if something arrives damaged?+
Send us your order number and a photo through our contact page, and we will send a replacement or a refund.
