How long will delivery take?
Standard items usually arrive 7 to 14 working days after you order. Personalised items can take 10 to 20 working days. These are estimates, and you will receive tracking information when it is available.
Where do you ship from?
Orders are sent directly from our supplier to your address. Parcels may arrive in plain packaging.
Do you deliver across the UK?
Yes. We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.
Can I return an item?
Yes. You can return unpersonalised items within 30 days of delivery. Personalised items cannot be cancelled or returned once ordered unless they are faulty or not as described. See our Returns & Refunds page.
My order arrived damaged or wrong. What should I do?
Send us your order number and a photo through the contact page. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Is the fur keepsake capsule made of glass?
No. It is clear plastic or resin that looks like glass.
Can the memorial pendant hold ashes?
It holds a very small amount of ashes or fur. Please seal the closure if you plan to wear it every day.
