Processing and delivery times
- Order processing: 1 to 3 working days.
- Standard items: usually 7 to 14 working days after you order.
- Personalised items: usually 10 to 20 working days.
These are estimates, not guarantees. If your order has not arrived after 30 days, contact us and we will refund or resend it, whichever you prefer.

Delivery is included in the price of your order.
Tracking
We will email you tracking information when it becomes available. Some parcels are sent with a tracking number that only updates when the parcel reaches the UK.
