Your rights
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have the right to cancel most orders within 14 days of receiving your goods. We go further: you can return unpersonalised items within 30 days of delivery.
How to return an item
- Contact us through the contact page with your order number and the reason.
- We will tell you what to do next. For lower-value items we may simply refund you without asking for the item back.
Personalised items
Personalised or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled or returned once ordered, unless they arrive faulty or not as described.
Faulty or incorrect items
If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, we will offer a repair, replacement or refund. Please send a photo.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 14 days.
