Message usHow long does delivery take?+
Most orders arrive 7 to 14 working days after you order. Personalised items are made to order and can take 10 to 20 working days. We email tracking as soon as it is available. Delivery information.
Is delivery free?+
Yes. Delivery is free on every order to a UK address. We do not currently ship outside the UK.
Can I return something?+
Unpersonalised items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Personalised items cannot be cancelled or returned unless they arrive faulty or not as described. Returns policy.
What if something arrives damaged?+
Send us your order number and a photo through our contact page and we will send a replacement or a refund.

No. It is clear plastic or resin that looks like glass, so it is light and will not shatter.

We are a small UK-based online shop for dog and cat keepsakes. To keep prices fair, orders are sent directly from our suppliers, which is why delivery takes 7 to 14 working days. A real person reads and answers every message.
