Questions about Cat Supplies

Message us
How do I choose the right size or option?

Use the sizes, weights and measurements in the description and photos of each product. If your pet is between sizes, choose the larger one, or message us and we will help you pick. When an option has its own photo, the main image changes to it, so you can see exactly what you are ordering.

How does multi-buy work?

Add any 2 pet supplies to your basket and 10% comes off them automatically. Add 3 or more and it is 15%. You will see the saving in your basket and at checkout, with no code needed. Bundle deals, keepsakes and gifts are not included.

What are bundle deals?

Bundle deals are our lowest-priced pet items. They only work in threes: add any 3 or more bundle deals to your basket (up to 3 of each) and checkout opens. You can mix them with anything else in the shop.

Is it safe for my pet?

Introduce anything new gradually, watch your pet while they use it and stop if they seem uncomfortable. Check items regularly for wear and replace them if they are damaged. Our products are not a substitute for advice from your vet or a groomer.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders arrive 7 to 14 working days after you order. Items are sent directly from our supplier with tracking, and we email the tracking details as soon as they are available. If you order several items they may arrive in separate parcels. Delivery information.

Is delivery free?

Yes. Delivery is free on every order to a UK address. We do not currently ship outside the UK.

Can I return something?

Unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, please do not use grooming tools, bowls or clothing before deciding to return them. Returns policy.

What if something arrives damaged or not as described?

Send us your order number and a photo through our contact page and we will send a replacement or a refund.

Cat supplies: common questions

What do indoor cats need?

Most indoor cats do well with somewhere to scratch, a raised spot to sleep or watch from, and toys they can chase or hunt. A scratcher near the sofa can also help protect your furniture.

Why does my cat scratch the furniture?

Scratching keeps claws in shape and leaves scent marks, so it is normal behaviour. Giving your cat a scratching post or mat in the same spot is usually more effective than trying to stop it.
